A series of images around the theme of compost heaps and the creatures found around them. Working with the Earth Science Department of The Open University at Milton Keynes.

This website is constantly evolving, I shall be adding images of birds and horses. My interests lie in the movement of creatures, whether that be the almost clockwork quality of a large beetle or the flowing grace of an arab horse or the swooping dive of a bird of prey. I am always drawn to the essence of what makes the creature stand out. I work quickly so that I do not get distracted by detail but retain an immediate reaction.
